A Quick Update

Matt had informed me that the calendar link is kaput. I apologize. However I did take the liberty of emailing the pdf files to Mom, Dad, Ching, Karen and Matt so if you'd like to contact any of them to forward the file to you please do so. Or if you'd like to you can leave a comment by clicking on the comment link below and request one from me directly.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. I guess I got too excited and carried away.

3 years in the making...
book
I had been trying to publish my book of poems for three years, and it's done. It's been dedicated to Logan bear, of course. I wanted to share one of the poems I wrote for Logan, that really means a lot to me even after all these years. I wanted to share it with everyone because if you frequent this page then I know that you feel the same about him.

I am truly grateful that Logan has been blessed with a wonderful extended family. Everyone has been so generous with their love, and he is truly spoiled. It's not just at my house that Logan is doted on daily, I know for a fact that Momo Karen is always excited for new pictures, and she tells stories about his quirks with such passion as if it's the first time and will never happen again =P

Anyway, you know I'd rather not get sappy, not this early in the morning, so here's your poem.

Precious

Your dark brown eyes
That way that you grin
Your soft black hair
And that perfumed scent of your skin

I watch you sleep
Afraid my kiss will break your sweet slumber
You’re too precious for my touch
I know I can’t keep you forever

Every time you kiss me I melt
Holding my hand you lead the way
I can follow you everywhere
Knowing that you won’t always stay

You’re too great to hold on to
You were meant to achieve greater things
And I know you deserve so much more
Than these tired hands can bring

All I can offer are arms
To catch you when you fall
Eagerly promising to be there
If ever you should call

Wherever you decide to go
Whoever you want to be
I’m always just right behind you
Loving you endlessly
